Proposal Writer- Government RFPs

Seeking a proposal writer with government procurement writing experience on an independent contractor basis. Assignments will be on a per-needed basis, so freelance writers are encouraged, and can work from home. Occasionally the work may require office visits. We currently pursue approximately 2-3 RFPs a month, possibly more. The compensation will be based on the type and length of each proposal, most likely billed on an hourly basis.
