Disabled Veterans Integrated Facility Services, LLC (www.dv-ifs.com) requires the services of a subcontractor, contract consultant or contract employee to perform an Existing Equipment Assesment.
Provide an existing equipment assessment report as part of the 35% design submission for any existing equipment to be utilized in the design. The report shall include, but not limited to, a visual report, TAB measurements and equipment useful remaining life. Equipment to be reused must have at least 50% useful remaining life.
